Christy Lin Photography
Christy Lin's first camera was a Christmas gift ... she was three. Years later her parents bought a Pentax SLR that they never quite figured out how to use, so she took it to a photography class and began learning the lingo. Her first photo shoot was in high school then she took the camera overseas for the first time in 2001. After that, she was hooked.
35MM was fun but it wasn’t enough. She learned to shoot 8x10, 4x5, 645, Polaroid, Pin Hole, Digital SLR, and eventually iPhone (ha). Her hang out spot was the darkroom and her favorite process is emulsion lifting.
After 25 countries and 72 cities, she’s acquired quite a taste for travel an extensive collection of images and stories that she loves to share.
Christy Lin has a broad range of clients. She's worked on commercial product shots, corporate head shots, real estate, private commissions, and aerial photography.
